A lovely place to stay, when visiting Tulum. The hotel grounds are lush and beautiful. We had our own plunge pool, which was nice. Chava and Davis at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. As the hotel asks guests NOT to flush toilet paper, I would recommend some kind of room freshener be provided for guests in the rooms.
Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and people. I was hesitant what to expect after reading the mixed reviews online here, but we stayed here 10 days and I cannot recommend enough. Much to explore in Tulum, although it is quite far away from some locations, so hiring a bike or moped will be needed. You can hire a bike from the hotel reception. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and relaxing and we could have happily spent every day by the pool.
Beautifully designed hotel, room and swimming pool. The staff was friendly and attentive and we fell in love with the hotel’s cat who was also called Xperience. We can’t relate to the negative reviews, and besides that, there’s a safe in the bedroom big enough to store plenty of items (we stored two laptops for example). We liked that the hotel was located a bit outside of the touristy, noisy area. At least you get to see a glimpse of the real Tulum. We had no problem parking our car in front of the hotel and there’s a police station next door, so we felt super safe.
